Cape Dory For Sail
"Toir" is a 25' Cape Dory Sloop built in Taunton, MA by Cape Dory Yachts in 1975.
CD's are a well regarded, full keel sailing vessels. Handle well in heavy weather and are known for their toughness and sea kindly motion.
"Toir" is deck stepped and tiller steered 25 footer. For a boat her size, she has lots of storage space along with; a porta potty; anchor and rode; newer Standard Horizon VHF; interior cushions; ships clock; mirrored teak stowage cabinet; Roller furling; new lifelines and the standing rigging is in good shape.
All sail controls are led back to the cockpit . She has 4 winches, Main and Jib sails are in good order and the 1998 10hp Mercury outboard was just serviced by the local Mercury dealer.
The trailer pictured, does not go with the boat (and its not for sale) but she comes with a full set of steel stand/wooden pad jack stands.
As you can by the pictures see she needs TLC. With a little sweat equity you'll have a wonderful sailing boat.
